Delivery
- If your order is £39.00 or less we will despatch it by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This is a signed for service: Our charge is £4.50.
Royal Mail state that you should allow up to 5 working days from despatch for a recorded item to arrive, but items do usually arrive more quickly than this.
- If your order is £39.01 or more we will despatch it by Courier. This is a fully trackable and insured service. The parcel must be signed for. Our charge is £7.00.
In most cases your goods will be delivered within 24 hours of despatch from us. You will be emailed a tracking number for the package.
- COLLECTION – if you live near our premises and want to collect your order in person please use this option as it is free.
You will need to select this option at the checkout. Your postage charge will automatically be removed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERIES You can either collect your goods in person from our premises or receive them in the post. All parcels MUST be signed for on delivery. We recommend that you choose a work address for delivery if at all possible.
If you are out when your parcel is delivered the courier will leave a card detailing how to collect or arrange re-delivery of your items. If you do not re-arrange this delivery or fail to collect the parcel from the depot then your parcel could be returned to us. If the parcel needs to be re-sent to you then you will be required to pay the additional postage charge.
If you live at an address which is outside Mainland UK then please contact us with your order via email or phone and we will send you an invoice for payment with the correct postage costs included.
We aim to deliver your products within 7 days, but this is dependent on stock levels.
Whilst we aim to deliver our products within 7 days, there will be occasional delays which are beyond our control caused by manufacturer supply problems etc. If this is the case we will ensure you are contacted and offered a full refund if you are not happy for any reason.
We take great care when packaging items. They leave us in perfect condition. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit. We will of course offer you help when putting in a claim for lost or damaged items.
We obtain a proof of posting for EVERY item that we send, and all items need to be signed for on receipt.

Returns and refunds
We of course hope that you will be delighted with your products, but if you are not, then you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in perfect condition, and still in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method as on the original order. Regrettably, we cannot refund personalised or specially made items.
All postage costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are faulty. If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are carefully packaged using our original packaging if possible to avoid this.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about an item you have ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). You must inform us of your decision within 7 days of receiving the items. This can be done by phone or email. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to send the items back to us. You are responsible for paying any return postal charges. Once we have received the returned items we will issue a full refund. This excludes personalised items.

Personal information is not stored once your order is complete.
Our order and payments pages are hosted on secure servers to ensure that all your order details are encrypted. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Paying with PayPal
Our online shopping cart payment system is powered by PayPal. This enables payments to be made securely either by using an existing PayPal account or by using most major credit or debit cards (without any need for a PayPal account).

When you are entering personal information or financial details online, make sure you are on a secure website (look for https:// in the URL - i.e. the beginning of the website's address. The 's' stands for 'secure', by the way, denoting a 'secure server'). Our website uses PayPal's shopping cart system and credit/debit card transaction processing facilities, so you are in the very best hands (a staggering 100 million people use PayPal). You will see https:// in the URL of the payment pages on our site and also the "padlock" on the bottom right hand corner of your screen, both denoting a secure server connection).
Another security Tip! NEVER click links in emails which you receive perporting to come from financial institutions such as banks, building societies and online merchants such as PayPal. Even if they seem realistic enough, you should always use your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox etc.) to navigate to the site, rather than going to it from links in emails. Always log in manually in private, on a private computer, and make sure you always log out properly and close your browser when you have finished. To recap, PayPal will NEVER ask you to confirm your password in an email so avoid being tricked by such scams - such scam emails are rife, whichever bank, building society, merchant or online service you bank with. Never click email links to such institutions
