‘especiallymade’ require a deposit of 50% of your total order at the time of ordering. Please make cheques payable to especiallymade, or request a PayPal invoice. We are not able to book production time or begin making your items until we have received your booking form, or order form and deposit. This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your order for any reason.
On receipt of your order and deposit we will prepare and send you your proofs. You must very thoroughly check these proofs for any spelling errors. You must sign the proofs and send them back to us. The wording on the proofs will be the wording used in your items. Should you wish to change any wording after the proof approval stage then a fee will be charged. The fee will be calculated according to the amount of work which needs to be re-done.
All products are carefully handcrafted. There may be slight variations which are an inherent part of handcrafted items, and they should not be considered to be faults. Items such as handmade papers will show variations in colour. These will be slight and again should not be considered to be faults.
We have very reliable suppliers, however we reserve the right to substitute alternative materials should they become unavailable. We will always keep you informed of any alternatives we need to use.
In the unlikely event that you find a fault with one of your items you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure permission is sought for any copyright materials to be use, such as hymns or poems.
All items leave our workshop in perfect condition and are packaged extremely carefully. Your items will be sent via special delivery or courier and you will be required to sign for them on delivery.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Once you have placed an order and paid a 50% deposit your prices are fixed.
All items will include a discreet ‘especiallymade’ transparent label in an unobtrusive place (back of invitations, bottom of favour boxes) for copyright and branding purposes.
Designs that include small embellishments are not suitable for children.
Favour fillings may contain nuts.
