Designs and images cannot be reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission. The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any images, photographs and text including hymns or songs. The client indemnifies Especially Made against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright.
Data Protection Any information which you provide us with during an enquiry or when ordering may be used by Especially Made to assist our administration and for future marketing. Especially Made will not share any information the client supplies with a third party. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Samples Samples cost £4.00. The cost of up to 2 samples will be deducted from the final invoice. Samples must be retuned with the client’s order form / deposit, and your chosen design should be signed.
Quotes Prices quoted will be valid for 30 days and are subject to our approval of the clients information.
Ordering Our service includes a one hour consultation at our premises. If clients are too far away to visit us then this consultation can take place via telephone and email.
All consultations and visits are by appointment only.
Text and Wording Any wording that clients send to us should be typed clearly and emailed to Especially Made.
Please type in upper and lower case as required, regardless of your chosen typeface. This wording should be sent as a Word document or similar.
Text not provided in this format will incur an administrative fee and may result in delays.
Especially Made is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the wording supplied by the client.
We are very happy to offer help and guidance with wording for your wedding stationery as required. Simply email us for help.
Proofs Once you have received your samples and are happy with the design then the wording can be fine tuned to suit your requirements.
Once you have informed us of any wording adjustments we will forward final proofs via email as pdf files. It will be your responsibility to check these really carefully for accuracy. Should you wish to make changes to the wording once you have approved the proofs and we have begun production there will be additional charges according to the amount of work we have completed.
Deposit and Payment Orders cannot commence without a completed order form and a 50% deposit. Final payment is due on completion and is due before dispatch. Payment of the deposit is understood to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Production and Deadlines Stationery is made to order and lead times vary. The client will be advised of current lead times at the time of ordering.
All times are approximate and subject to change, but we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Cancellation Once a signed order form and deposit are received, then the deposit is non-refundable should you cancel for any reason. If your wedding is re-scheduled for any reason then we are happy to hold the deposit for a future order, but this order will be subject to any price increases that are made to our in the intervening time.
Should clients need to cancel once the final 50% payment has been made for items which are required for the wedding day, then this too is non-refundable.
Refunds The items we produce are bespoke and personalised Especially Made. This means that we are unable to refund or replace unwanted goods.
Please see the cancellation policy above. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, Especially Made should be notified immediately, no later than 3 working days from receipt of your stationery and the stationery should be returned to Especially Made in the original packaging. Once we have inspected the returned goods, if we deem that we are at fault we will replace or rectify the fault and will forward the stationery as soon as possible.
Especially Made is not responsible for additional work carried out on faulty stationery (for example if a calligrapher writes guest names into your invitations before you deem them to be faulty). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the stationery is correct before other work is carried out.
Materials
All products are carefully handcrafted. There may be slight variations which are an inherent part of handcrafted items, and they should not be considered to be faults. Items such as handmade papers will show variations in colour. These will be slight and again should not be considered to be faults.
We reserve the right to substitute alternative materials should they become unavailable. We will always keep you informed of any alternatives we need to use.
In the unlikely event that you find a fault with one of your items you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Once clients have placed an order and paid a 50% deposit the prices are fixed.
All items will be marked with ‘www.especiallymade.co.uk in an unobtrusive place (back of invitations, bottom of favour boxes) for copyright and branding purposes.
Designs that include small embellishments are not suitable for children.
Favour fillings may contain nuts.
