Our table plans are renowned for their quality and uniqueness.

We can offer you a gorgeous seating plan which is carefully thought out and beautifully put together.
Table plans can be matched to your colour scheme and the rest of your stationery, or can follow a theme all of their own such as the ‘shark’ them in the gallery. Whatever your ideas are, no matter how wild, we can help you to turn them into a table plan with a real ‘wow’ factor.

We offer two types of table plan:

Fully framed with double mounted apertures (left image above)

Non-framed with mounted table lists which are embellished and raised from the backboard (right image)

Fully framed with double mounted apertures

We use the highest quality frames, boards and embellishments to create stunning framed table plans.

Frames are constructed from solid wood with a lightly distressed gold or silver finish. We do not have a ‘set’ frame with a particular moulding as we choose best frame to suit each table plan. A plan with roses may suit a heavily moulded frame whilst a plan with a simple ribbon may suit a less moulded frame.

If you are happy for us to decide for you then rest assured that we will choose a beautiful frame which suits your plan design. If you would like to have more input then please contact us directly.

Boards are archival quality, wonderfully thick mount boards. They create apertures which are crisp and clean. Your options for mount boards are below.

Outer mount – this is the main mount you see on your table planner. It can be either white or cream.

Inner mount – this is the mount that you see edging each aperture. It looks great in either silver or gold to match the frame. It is also available in white or cream. Using outer and inner mounts that match gives a beautiful crisp and clean effect.

Printed panel – this will be printed onto either white or cream board to match your mount.

Non-framed with mounted table lists

We use the same high quality boards and embellishments to create our non-framed table plans. These plans are usually around 75cm x 55cm and can be landscape or portrait format.

They are constructed using a strong, light material called foamcore as a base with archival quality mountboard on top. The foamcore keeps the table plan rigid. If this is not used then the mountboard will bow. The header, top table and other tables are then mounted onto foamcore to create a raised effect.

Back board – this is the board that the table lists are mounted onto. It can be either white or cream.

Raised panel printed with table list – this will be printed onto either white or cream board to match the back board.

 Elements from any of our stationery designs can be used to create a table plan.

LAYOUT

We do not produce table plans which ‘map’ the layout of your room or the shape of the tables. Our table plans are neat, symmetrical and pleasing to the eye. They clearly show your wedding guests which table they are sitting at, be it a table name or number. Guests then know which table they are looking for! It is all too common for venues to make last minute layout changes. Our table plans will work even if this does occur.

At the top of each table plan is a ‘heading’. This heading can be any one of the following:

• Your names ‘Lisa and Lee’
• ‘The Wedding of Lisa and Lee’
• The wedding date ‘June 16^th 2010’
• Your names and the date    ‘Lisa and Lee
                            June 16^th 2010’
  
  
  
  Each table group is presented as a list. When you send us your table lists please organise each table group listed from top to bottom as you would like them printed.
