Our stunning bespoke table plans are made to order to match your handmade wedding stationery. They offer a gorgeous centrepiece to your wedding reception and will serve as a talking point for your guests. The table plan is personalised with the names of the bride and groom, the wedding date, the names of the guests and the table numbers or names.
Our table plans are created in a number of ways to suit your wedding stationery design and your budget. We offer box canvas table plans, along with our luxury range of framed plans.
Box canvas plans are usually around 60cm x 80cm. We use superior quality wooden box frames with a white painted, stretched cotton canvas covering. All embellishments, ribbons and name lists are mounted onto the canvas to create a modern and stunning centrepiece.
Framed plans are usually around 60cm x 80cm and are professionally framed in white, silver or gold with bevel edged double mounts in colours to coordinate with your stationery range. The same high quality, handmade embellishments which are used on our stationery are used to decorate the table plans.
The plans are framed without glass due to the three-dimensional nature of the embellishments and for safety reasons.
Coordinating items
Along with your table plan we offer matching table name or number cards. Simply click on ‘table names’ on the accessories page for details.
We work closely with you to determine the best possible options for you. Whatever you decide, our table plans provide an extraordinary centrepiece and a lasting keepsake.
We will guide and assist you until your plan is complete. All we ask is that you supply your guests' names as early as you possibly can as a ‘Word’ (or similar) file, no less than 4 weeks before your wedding.
Prices
Prices are calculated according to complexity of design and the type of embellishment used. Once your design is discussed you will be given an accurate quote and design options before deciding to go ahead.
For your guidance the following prices are for planners with 8 tables which follow the design of one of our stationery ranges:
Box canvas table planner - £120.00
Double mounted and framed table planner - £220
All table planners are bespoke and made to your exact requirements. The cost above includes proofs of your guest names and table layout along with your choice of ribbon colour, embellishment colour and font style.
Should you require a table planner which follows your unique theme (examples which we have completed previously include an Anglo / Dutch theme, biscuit theme and Italian landmarks) then these will require a consultation which is charged at £40.00. This charge includes all research and production of samples and ideas for you to choose from.
