Table stationery
We can provide all that you require to ensure that your wedding breakfast tables coordinate beautifully with the rest of your wedding scheme whilst ensuring everything is clear and organised for your guests and the venue.
Table numbers or table names let your guests know where they will be seated.
You will require some kind of table plan at the entrance to the dining room or marquee to guide guests to the right table. The table plan displays each table list, each list having a name or a number which corresponds to the cards on the tables.
We offer table plans (click here for examples), table names / numbers, menus and place cards. (For examples of place cards click here). All of these items are made to your specifications and using colours to match the rest of your wedding scheme.
If you did not purchase your wedding invitations from Especially Made but would like us to match your table stationery to your invites we can take some of the elements of your stationery to ensure a perfectly coordinated look.
If your invitations were from us then we can easily provide matching items for you.

If you are not sure how to decorate your table names please telephone us and we can advise you.
We offer bespoke table names and menus to match even the most unusual themes. These are priced according to the amount of research and work that is involved, but are usually around £8.00 each. They can make an amazing talking point for your guests. For an example of these see the bottom small image above. These were double sided table names on an ‘Anglo – Dutch’ theme.

Individual menus
An alternative to a menu on the table is for each guest to have their own menu with their name printed at the top. They can be made to your own size to neatly fit onto the napkin or onto a plate. These can be printed with different menus for different guests and double up as place cards. A simple printed, flat menu with Swarovski detailing and printed guest name is priced at £1.50.
