Can I have one of your designs in any colour?
We aim to give you exactly what you want. If your wedding colour scheme is not shown on our website, we will try our hardest to source an exact or similar match for your chosen design. You may send us an image via email or a swatch of your desired colours. Alternatively you may request single item samples at cost price, (such as a single crystal heart) which can be sent to you before you place your sample request or order.
Can I change the wording on the front of the card?
You can change the wording on the front of the card to the wording of your choice provided it will fit! You can also choose from our font options and can have the wording in virtually any colour! Simply let us know the details on your sample or stationery order form.
Can I order my stationery items from different ranges?
Yes you can! Please fill out your order form and make detailed comments on your order form letting us know which items you would like in the different range, their quantities and appropriate colours. Alternatively, you may always contact us at any point to discuss your requirements.
Will I receive a proof?
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a proof within two weeks either by email or via letter. Please check all details thoroughly, particularly spellings of names, dates and addresses. Then email or post us a copy of your proof stating your approval, or changes, as necessary. Printing will not commence until approval has been received. Once you are ready you should send us the wording for other items you have ordered. We will again send you proofs of this wording for your approval.
How do I send my invitations to my guests?
We supply all of our invitations in quality envelopes or white invitation boxes which are designed to go through the post. To keep your invitations protected on their journey from you to your guests, we suggest you contact your local sorting office for advice. They may be able to provide a service whereby your stationery can avoid a machine based sorting. An invitation in a white postal box is classed as a ‘large letter’ by Royal Mail. An enveloped invitation is classed as a ‘letter’.
How much is the postage and packing for my order?
There is a flat rate charge of £22.00 for postage and packing per delivery to addresses in the U.K . Small orders, including samples, are sent via Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Large orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier and will require a signature upon delivery. Samples postage is provided FREE of charge. If your order total is £30.00 or under then we will let you know how much the postage costs will be as they will usually be less than £22.00.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, although postage will be charged at cost.
Do I supply the information for the table plan and order of service when I make my order?
As these details are usually confirmed nearer the wedding date we will give you a deadline for this information to coincide with your RSVP date. Your invitations will be dispatched first and then the remainder of your order will be dispatched a minimum of 2 weeks before your wedding date, but usually earlier depending on how quickly you can provide us with the information we need.
How long will my sample / stationery order take?
We aim to send samples within 10 working days. Please allow longer during busier periods. Stationery and accessory orders take up to 6 weeks to produce. If you need your stationery in a hurry we may still be able to help. Please contact us for advice!
How much do samples cost?
All samples are charged at the unit price for day invitations in your chosen range. Postage is free. The cost is redeemable against your subsequent order of £150 or more. A maximum of 2 samples per order can be refunded. You may order more than two samples but additional samples will not be refunded. Samples can be paid for online using your credit / debit card with PayPal after you have submitted your request (we will send you an email invoice) or we happily accept cheques.
Can I order samples of items other than day invitations?
Please contact us by telephone or email to let us know what you would like. Items will be charged at the unit cost as listed on the design pages for your chosen design. Other item samples will unfortunately not be redeemable against your order.
