 Think about the things that you would like to include within your stationery design such as particular colours, wording, motifs, or representations of the flowers you are having at your wedding. The stationery could reflect the wedding venue or even interests or pastimes that the bride and groom share. Nothing is impossible!
Take a look at the designs we offer. There may be elements from these designs that you like or that we could use as a starting point.
At this point you need to telephone or email us to discuss your ideas, needs and budget. The design process will be a joint effort and will be carried out via email or through telephone conversations. This has worked extremely well with previous clients. If you would rather work face to face and you live within a reasonable distance of Southampton, then we can meet to design your stationery.
Once we have had an initial discussion over the phone and you have decided to work with us you will be required to pay a £40.00 fee. This fee entitles you to a design consultation duing which we discuss the details of your wedding scheme. Together we design 2 samples which incorporate your ideas. These will then be made for you in your colour scheme with fully printed inserts. If you require samples of other matching items we will discuss that at this stage and these can be sent with your other samples. The fee also includes postage to your address.
Once complete, your bespoke sample invitations will be sent via recorded delivery to your address along with a price list. If helpful, we will also include a ‘sample swatch’ which will include other options available. You should make your choice from the samples, or should choose the elements that you like from more than one. You will also receive an order form to enable you to order the items you require.

Should you change your colour scheme, or change your design ideas completely once your samples have been agreed and delivered, then we will charge a fee of £10.00 per hour at our discretion.
